4. Listings & Transactions

Everest Market facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for their own listings, negotiations, and agreements.

5. Moderation & Reports

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other actions to maintain community standards. The report system enables community-driven moderation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Everest Market is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms
